Brian founded New Creation Builders in 1999. He has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years, first as an engineer then a contractor. Brian has both designed and built structures ranging in all sizes and materials. Because of his extensive knowledge in engineering and construction, he has also worked for construction lawyers as a consultant on construction defect claims. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He is a licensed professional engineer in California.

As President of New Creation Builders, Jimmy Chung has been responsible for the daily operations of the firm. He works closely with the project managers, project engineers, estimating and accounting departments to insure the proper execution of all job functions. Jimmy received his B.S. in Architecture from the California Polytechnic University of Pomona. Along with having an architectural background, he has a broad range of experience in management and marketing in the field of design and construction. He has been with New Creation Builders since 2000.

As Executive Vice President of New Creation Builders, Thomas Ryu has been responsible for overseeing all phases of private projects from bidding, contracting, to project delivery. With 25 years of construction experience, he has provided his expertise to guide clients and construction teams with services including value engineering, budgeting, and scheduling, He holds a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, and a M.A. degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Arthur has been with New Creation Builders since 2006. He has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has varied experience in architectural design, property development and construction. He holds a B.S. degree in Architecture and Planning from Mapua Institute of Technology and a post graduate diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from University of the Philippines.

Tony Ponco joined New Creation Builders in 2002. He has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and during his career, Tony has successfully managed ground up and tenant improvement projects. His hands-on experience covers rehabilitation of residential, commercial, City and County Projects that includes public improvements, renovation of Government building and Parks and Recreation Projects. In his role, he focuses on understanding client project goals, identifying innovative solutions for efficiency and productivity and ensuring proper allocation of resources. His work ethic combined with extensive experience and knowledge made him one of the pioneer in the Company’s team. Tony holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

Rod has more than 30 years of construction experience for private commercial projects and public government projects. He has been with New Creation Builders since 2005, focusing on project’s timely completion and budget. Facilitates resolution of issues by fostering authentic relationships with stakeholders and assuring project is constructed in compliance to contract documents. Rod provides strong field management by closely monitoring project schedule, risk mitigation and maintaining close communication with the project team. Rod holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
